Recipe: Chicken and Rice



3/4 cups quick cook rice
3 to 4 chicken breasts
1 (10 oz) can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 envelope of dry onion soup mix.

Optional-
top with cheese or dried fried onions

Mix together rice and cream of chicken soup. Spread on the bottom of casserole dish. Lay chicken cut up in pieces on top and sprinkle onion soup mix on top.

Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour
