Here are week two’s meals:
Slow Cooker Coca Cola Barbecue Chicken (Already made this, I didn't have to do any prep before hand. It was good, but the chicken was a little dry.) (crockpot)
Pepperoni Cheese Stick Roll Ups (I am love using Rhodes rolls/ loafs instead of cresents! I thawed my dough, put the cheese and pepperoni inside, sealed up the roll and then froze them on a sheet pan so they would freeze individually. Once frozen I put them in a ziplock bag and stored them in the freezer. I made the butter too and put it in a bag in the fridge.
Pulled Pork (I made the pork rub mix before hand! It was very good!)
